Board, at its meeting held on May 25, 2008 has recommended a dividend of 5% on equity share capital of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008. The Board of Directors has also decided at the said meeting split of the equity shares of the Company from the face value of Rs.10/- each to Rs.5/- each (i.e. two equity shares of Rs.5/- each for one equity share of Rs.10/- each) subject to approval of the shareholder and such other approval as may be determined in the matter.
