Pursuant to the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ZLL-ESOP 2010) approved by the Members at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on October 13, 2010, the Remuneration Committee of the Board at its meeting held on January 30, 2012, has approved grant of 16,09,700 Stock Options (convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of the Company of Re. 1 each) to the employees and directors of the Company. These Stock Options have been granted at an Exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. the closing price of the equity shares of the Company on January 27, 2012 at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, which had the highest quantity of trading in Company's Shares).
