In this regard, Exchange has advised the Company to provide clarification/confirmation on the news item in detail including the following: a) Whether such event/negotiations/article stated in published news were taking place? Exchange has sought clarification from Yes Bank Limited with respect to announcement dated 20-Oct-2016, regarding Raising of funds by way of issuance of debt securities including but not limited to non convertible debentures, Medium Term Notes, bonds within the overall limit of 10,000 Crore (in INR or FCY) by the Bank, in one or more tranches and/ or series, in domestic and /or overseas market, as per the agreed structure and within the limits permitted by RBI and other regulatory authorities, to eligible investors on private placement basis."On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Whether proposed to be listed? If yes, name of the stock exchange(s);2. Tenure of the instrument - date of allotment and date of maturity;3. Coupon/interest offered, schedule of payment of coupon/interest and principal;4. Charge/security, if any, created over the assets;5. Special right/interest/privileges attached to the instrument and changes thereof;6.
