Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has gone up from Rs. 111,29,53,840/- comprising of 11,12,95,384 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs.111,33,63,830/- comprising of 11,13,36,383 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
