Vindhya Telelinks Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "In compliance with the Continual Disclosure requirements as contained in the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we hereby inform that:- (i) There is no change in the holdings of Directors/Officers in the equity share capital of the Company as on 31st March, 2007 except to the extent stated below, since the previous disclosure made on annual basis as of 31st March, 2006:- (a) Consequent upon the retirement of Shri R.G.Mundra, Managing Director of the Company, the director's shareholding reduced by 1373 equity shares. (b) Shri Y.S.Lodha, who has been appointed as Wholetime Director, does not hold any equity shares in the Company. (ii) None of the designated employees of the Company holds more than 5% of the total equity share capital of the Company as on 31st March, 2007".
