Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 03, 2010 granted in principle approval for issue of Options of Ordinary Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company through Trust route. Further the Board decided to obtain members' sanction on the ESOP Scheme and allied matters through Postal Ballot, as may be decided in due course.
