Ltd. disclosing to the Company in terms of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeover) Regulation, 1997 that Sociedade De Fomento Industrial Pvt. Ltd. along with M/s Prime Mineral Export Pvt. Ltd. have acquired shares in the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company exceeding 5%.
