Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2012 have discussed and approved allotment of 15150 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs. 90,15,07,500 divided into 901,50,750 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
