Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 14, 2011 recommended a final dividend of Rs.1 per share (10% on an equity share of face value of Rs.10 each) aggregating Rs.900.16 lacs for the year ended March 31, 2011. The payment is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
