Our Company has signed a Joint Venture Agreement on 11th April, 2009, for the incorporation, establishment and operation of a Joint Venture Company in India in technical and financial collaboration with The Furukawa Electric Co. Ltd., Japan for manufacture of Optical Fibre and allied businesses. The new Company will have its registered office in the state of Goa and will be incorporated with an authorized capital of Rs 20 crores.
