Hotel Rugby Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "As per the authority given by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 2nd June, 2007, Mr. Mahendra Thacker has entered into an Agreement for surrendering the sub-lease rights along with fixed assets at Matheran to its Subsidiary Company and dispose off its investment in Subsidiary Companies".
