United Spirits Limited had informed the Exchange regarding a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 16, 2007 to consider, inter alia, declaration of Interim Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2007. The company has further informed the Exchange that: "In case the said Interim Dividend is declared by the Board at its aforesaid Meeting, the "Record Date" for the purpose of payment of such Interim Dividend will be Saturday, March 24, 2007".
