Flex Industries Ltd. has informed the Exchange on February 07, 2007 that "The Company has sent Postal Ballot Forms to the Shareholders of the Company for passing resolutions under Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956 for addition of certain objects in the Main Object Clause of the Company and resolution under Section 21 for the change of name of the Company from Flex Industries Limited to UFLEX LIMITED. The results of the Postal Ballot was announced today at the Registered Office of the Company. The resolutions were passed with the requisite majority. In case of addition of certain objects in the Main Object Clause of the Company, the total percentage of assent is 100% and in case of change of name of the Company, the total percentage of assent is 99.9997%".
