Company has fixed February 17, 2010 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of interim dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors. Further, the dividend on equity shares, subject to provisions of Section 206A of the Companies Act, 1956, if declared by the Board of Directors at the meeting to be held on February 11, 2010, will be paid on or before March 10, 2010.
