Clarification by CIL Nova Petrochemicals Limited Significant price movement has been observed in CIL Nova Petrochemicals Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. CIL Nova Petrochemicals Limitedhas vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The company is regular in compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreement entered into with the Stock Exchanges. We always comply with clause 36 of the listing agreement and we have always informed to the Stock Exchange(s) if any of such information fall within the purview of the above mention clause of listing agreement before making it known to the general public which in our opinion if declared would affect the price of equity shares of the company.
