The existing outstanding options grantees for 1,40,000 stock options have been granted 17,360 additional options in aggregate and the exercise price has been revised from Rs. 108.50 to Rs. 14/- per option. Consequent upon aforesaid corporate adjustment, as on date total outstanding vested options are 1,57,360, representing 1,57,360 equity shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company.
