Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company had at their meeting held on March 25, 2014 allotted 64,400 equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company to an eligible employee on exercise of stock options under "Triveni Turbine Ltd New Stock Option Scheme (NSOS)". With the aforesaid allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 32,98,80,150/- divided into 32,98,80,150 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 32,99,44,550/- dividend into 32,99,44,550 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
