ICRA has revised the long-term rating of 6% Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 100 Crores of the Company (outstanding Rs. 90 crores) from LAAA to LAA+. The long term rating against these debentures which are due for repayment in June 2007 has been revised to reflect the revision in long term credit protection indicators for the Company.
