Spurt in Volume : Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Tata Chemicals Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Tata Chemicals Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"We do not have any information/announcement to share with the Stock Exchanges under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in the scrip of our Company."
