Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., April 23, 2007 had considered and approved the following : (1) The Share Transfer Books & Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed from July 23, 2007 to July 26, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and also distributing the dividend subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting scheduled to be held on July 26, 2007. (2) The 12th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on July 26,2007. (3) The Board also co-opted Mr. Ajoy Misra as an additional director on the Board of the company.
