Jaaj & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.4). Appointment of Shri Vijay Varma as Director of the Company; and 5). Appointment of Shri Bishwambhar Mishra as Executive Director of the Company designated as Vice Chairman.
