News Verification : The media had reports that Suven Life Sciences Limited may bag a major contract manufacturing order. Further the company may also tie-up with a private equity investor. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company. Suven Life Sciences Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We wish to inform that information on filing of IND and our company's special focus on CRAMS business model is very much in the public domain through our periodical press releases and Annual Reports published. As regards information on bagging of major contract manufacturing order and looking to tie up with a private equity investor, we did not give these news releases to any one and we have no plans to dilute the equity of our company at this point of time."
