"We have been informed by the Promoters/Companies in the Promoter group (as per Clause 40A of the Listing Agreement) that they have pledged 17,58,125 Equity Shares (in Aggregate) of the Company held by them". Further the company has informed that the pledged shares work out to 16.10% of the paid up capital of the Company.
