To decide the quantum of second interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2007. The company has further informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors vide its Resolution adopted has decided to fix the Record Date as March 21, 2007 for purpose of determination of shareholders eligible to receive the second interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2007. The second interim dividend warrants would be mailed to the shareholders around March 30, 2007.
