Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on May 28, 2012, has granted 16,750 Stock Options under the Sundaram Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008 (SFESOS) to its eligible employees. The Options entitle them to acquire equal number of equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company from Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust. Consequent to the allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 on December 15, 2012, as provided under Clause 7.4 of SFESOS, the above Stock Options stand enhanced from 16,750 to 33,500. The other terms and conditions of the Stock Options as approved earlier remain unchanged.
