Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2015 have considered and decided the following matters:- 1)Noted the resignation of Mr. Vishal Sood, as a Director of the Company with effect from March 20, 2015. 2) Approved the change in the membership of the Audit Committee as under:-Mr. Tara Sankar Bhattacharya ceased to hold the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee and would continue to be a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Jyotin Mehta, previously a member of the Audit Committee would act as Chairman of the Audit Committee. However, there is no change in the constitution and the terms of reference of the Audit Committee.
