Sonata Software Ltd had informed the Exchange that "Mr. Rajan B. Raheja ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from 9th April, 2008. Mr. Viren Rajan Raheja was co-opted as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 17th April, 2008". The Company has now informed the Exchange that "Mr. Viren Raheja, Additional Director of the Company with effect from 17 April, 2008 holds 57,50,000 equity shares (i.e., 5.47% of the paid-up capital) of the Company".
