Exchange has sought clarification from SML Isuzu Limited with respect to announcement dated 20-Jan-2024, regarding disclosure under Regulation 30(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Disclosure of communication received from any regulatory, statutory, enforcement or judicial authority as per Regulation 30(13) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. The response of the Company is awaited.
