Company would not be publishing the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2009. The Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay at Goa has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Smartlink Network Systems Limited.The company is awaiting the approval of Reserve Bank of India with regard to the aforesaid Scheme of Arrangement. The Scheme shall become effective once the RBI approval is received. In view of the above, the Company would be publishing the Audited Results on or before June 30, 2009 after giving effect to the Scheme of Arrangement.
