Horizon Infrastructure Limited had informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting to be held on May 15, 2012 to consider and approve un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the management of the Company in consultation with the Chairman of the Company and the Chairman of the Audit Committee, has decided to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2012, instead of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012, within the stipulated time as per the Listing Agreement i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. Thus the Board Meeting is postponed and same will be held on or before May 30, 2012, for approval the Audited Financial Results for the said period.
