As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter of financial year 2014-15 and half year ended on 30th September, 2014, for all Designated Employees (including directors) of the Company from November 1, 2014 to November 12, 2014, being 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
