  This is in reference to disclosure filed by the Company on June 30, 2023 under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/2019/140 dated November 21, 2019, in respect of defaults on payment of interest/repayment of principal amount on loans from Bank(s).In this regard, we would like to submit that inadvertently we have missed to mention the facts that:1. The outstanding amounts mentioned in disclosure are without adjustment of Rs.143.74 crores unilaterally withdrawn by Axis Bank/Lenders from Bank Account of the Company.2.
