Shyam Telecom Limited had informed to the Exchange vide its letter dated July 30, 2010 regarding as per provisions of Section 146 of the Companies Act, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 30, 2010, has approved to transfer the Registered Office of the Company from B2-D, Shiv Marg, Bani Park, Jaipur-302016, Rajasthan to Rainbow Towers, 3, Amrapali Circle, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur-302021, Rajasthan, within the same municipal limits. The Company has now informed to the Exchange that the name of the building of the Registered Office erstwhile known as Rainbow Towers has now been changed to MTS Towers. The rest of the address of the Registered Office is the same.
