Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 30, 2007 recommended 20% as Final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of 10% declared by the Board in November 2006.
