Split/sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company from Face Value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 1/- each.(2). Shifting of Registered Office from the Stats of Maharashtra to the Dadra & Nagar Haveli (Union Territory).(3). Approved the Draft Notice of Postal Ballot u/s 192A for approval of shareholders.(4). The Board deliberate on the proposal for raising funds and it was resolved that the fund raising activity be deferred to a future date.(5) Mr. Vishal Manseta, Practising Company Secretary has been appointed as scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot.
