September 24, 2007 that "the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company was held today and the following additional decisions have been taken. (1) Non-approval of proposed dividend by the Members :- In view of the losses suffered by the company during the current financial year 2007-08, the Members have not approved the decision of dividend as proposed by the Board. (2) Appointment of Joint Auditors :- The members have also appointed M/s. Talati & Talati, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Joint Statutory Auditors of the company to carry out the audit for the financial year 2007-08 alongwith the existing Auditors M/s. Parikh & Majmudar, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad".
