(TSAE) - a joint venture company of Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd. and Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd, that the Board of Directors of TSAE has at its meeting held on January 09, 2009 decided to close down operations of the Company. Further the Company has informed the Exchange regarding Resignation of Mr. Vinod K. Dham and Mr. Srikanth Kannankote: (1) Mr. Vinod K. Dham, a Director of the Company resigned from the Board on January 17, 2009. (2) Mr. Srikanth Kannankote, President & COO left the services of the Company on December 31, 2008.
