The Board of Directors informed that company has planed to acquire two solvent Extraction Plants in M.P. at a Cost of Rs. 15.00 Crores. The Market for refined Soyabean oil in India is estimated to be worth Rs. 7500 Crores. This acquisitions and further investment in them will enhance our present capacity of 1000MT by 1000MT which will go a long way in held the company meet market demand. The revenues generated by these acquisition will boost our bottom line significantly in future and will increase our market share from 8% to 15% of edible oil production of MP. The Board of Directors also informed that the company is also in the process of entering into an agreement with an overseas company for marketing its branded and non-branded products in that country. This move will benefit the company greatly as Company's product- branded and non- branded will be marketed directly to the consumer. This will have a favourable impact on Company's bottom line due to the absence of middleman / traders and their margin from the buying process.
