Sanghvi Movers Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the company has received from the Promoter and persons forming the part of the Promoter Group of the Company disclosure of shares pledged by them under Regulation 8A of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009. The Company has further informed the Exchange that pursuant to Sub-Regulation (4) of Regulation 8A of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009, the Promoters and persons forming part of the Promoter Group of the Company have pledged 12,75,000 equity shares of the Company.
