Rating Committee of Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE), a premier credit rating agency of the country, has after a review of the operational and financial performance of the Company, reaffirmed the CARE BBB (Triple B) rating to the Long Term Bank Facilities of the Company. The Rating Committee of CARE has also reaffirmed the CARE BBB (Triple B) rating to the Long Term Bank Facilities of Indiabulls Realtech Limited (IRL) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, after a review of the operational and financial performance of IRL.
