Shareholders have approved the following Resolutions: (1) Special Resolution under Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956 approving the proposal of Insertion of new Other Object Clause III(C) 28 in the Memorandum of Association of the Company. (2) Special Resolution under Section 149(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956 approving the proposal of commencement of the activities mentioned in the Object Clause III(C) 28 in the Memorandum of Association of the Company. The process of Postal Ballot was completed on March 20, 2008 and the Scrutinizer Shri Sooraj Kapoor, Practicing Company Secretary and the retired Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana submitted his report.
