Out of 10,35,437 stock options granted on October 11, 2012, as per the Employee Stock Option Scheme-2012 of the Company, 15,108 stock options became un-exercisable on the first anniversary of the grant, as per the terms and conditions of vesting. Accordingly the un-exercisable options as aforesaid have been brought back to the Stock Options pool and shall become available for future grants, subject to compliance with all Applicable Laws.

Remuneration Committee of the Company had a meeting on October 11, 2012 and granted 10,35,437 stock options, under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2012 of the Company to the employees exercisable into same number of Equity Shares of the Company in due course, the brief terms of which are as under: (1) Vesting: The options shall vest over a period of 4 years.(2) Exercise period: Four years from the date of vesting of options. (3) Exercise price: Rs.55.40 (Rupees fifty five and paise forty only).
