"the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has met on Friday, 29th December, 2006 and has approved second tranch of ESOP to employees of the Company and its subsidiary/ies. The relevant details of ESOP are as under : Number of options granted : 1,176,900. Price at which options are granted : Rs. 185.85 per option. Vesting Period : One year from date of grant i.e. 29/12/2006". Please note that this second tranch of options under ESOP are already approved by General Body resolution.
