Exchange has sought clarification from PPAP Automotive Limited with respect to announcement dated 20-Mar-2017, regarding the Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 17, 2017, has appointed Mr. Abhishek Jain, as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from April 01, 2017 to March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
