A copy of Notice of Postal Ballot along with explanatory statement and instructions for e-voting is enclosed herewith. In compliance with General Circular Nos. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020, 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020, 10/2021 dated June 23, 2021, 20/2021 dated December 8, 2021, 3/2022 dated May 5, 2022, 11/2022 dated December 28, 2022 and other relevant circulars and notifications issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, this Postal Ballot notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Depositories and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, May 5, 2023 ( Cut-off date ).The Company had already intimated of the opportunity being given to its Members and mechanism available to them to register their email addresses, so that various communication(s) can be sent to them through email.
