Mr. S. P. Deshpande, Founder and Non-Executive member of the Board of Director had retired from the directorship of the Company with effect from end of day of October 31, 2011.The Board of Directors places on record the tremendous contribution made by Mr. S. P. Deshpande to the Company since inception. Mr. S. P. Deshpande has had a defining role to play in making the Company what it is today. Through his hard work and indefatigable energy, Mr. Deshpande has inspired the Board, management and employees of the Company and has set very high standards for all of them to follow.

Further, the Company had informed that the closing of the transaction was subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Company has now informed the Exchange that consequent to satisfaction of the customary closing conditions, the transaction closed successfully.
