Vide its letter dated October 13, 2009 that "Mr. Sandeep Ganguly, Head of Private Operators (India) and Mr. Pratapa Bernard, Head of Marketing and Products, have tendered in their resignation from their respective positions. Sandeep played a key role in maintaining growing and mentoring the private operator accounts, while Pratapa was instrumental in defining and leading the marketing organization, to encouraging developers to write on OnMobile's platform (ODN), to setting up the base of OnMobile in Australia. The Company placed on record their invaluable services rendered through the years, and wished them the very best in all their future endeavors".

Mr. Amit Kumar Dey has tendered in his resignation as the Head - Sales and Business Development - Europe and Americas. His last day with OnMobile would be May 25, 2009. Amit played a key role in establishing our business in India, and was in charge of Sales and Business Development in markets west of India including the Americas and Europe. He has left owing to personal commitments.
