Spurt in Volume : Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Oberoi Realty Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Oberoi Realty Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"In our view there are no announcements that are pending intimation to the exchanges. We are unaware of the reasons for the increase in volume on the exchanges."

Clarification with respect to an item appeared in the newspaper on February 21, 2011 titled "DB in talks with Oberon Realty to sell 30K sq mtr of TDRs". The Company categorically deny the news item and wish to clarify that they are neither in any talks whatever with DB Realty nor is any transaction contemplated between Oberoi Realty and DB Realty for purchase of TDRs.
