Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Limited has appointed Mr. Janki Ballabh as an Additional Director of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from November 15, 2008. Mr Janki Ballabh will serve as an Additional Director of the Board till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, when his appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director will be placed for approval of the members of the Company. Further the Company has informed the Exchange that Lt. Gen T.P. Singh(Retd) has tendered his resignation with immediate effect vide his letter dated November 15, 2008, as a Director of the Company due to his advancing age. Lt Gen T.P. Singh(Retd) had joined the Board of Directors of the Company in 1994 and was the chairman of the Board since 1996. Consequent to the resignation of Lt. Gen. T P Singh (Retd), the Board of Directors of the Company have unanimously elected Mr. Janki Ballabh as the Chairman of the Board.
