Exchange has sought clarification from NELCO Limited with respect to announcement dated 25-Jul-2017, regarding "Change in Statutory Auditors It may be recalled that the Shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on January 28,2015 appointed M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP (DHS) as Statutory Auditors for the period of 3 years till the conclusion of 75th AGM in the year 2018. DHS has informed their unwillingness to continue as Auditors of the Company after ensuing Annual General Meeting and have communicated to the Company not to seek ratification of their appointment as Auditors in this Annual General Meeting.".
